Be honest
- Use recent photos of yourself and an accurate age.
- Do not pretend to be someone else or use another person’s images.
- Be clear about your intentions where you feel comfortable doing so.
Be respectful
- No harassment, slurs, or degrading language based on gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or orientation.
- Accept “no” gracefully. Unwanted persistence after someone unmatches or blocks you is not allowed.
- Keep conversations consensual. Do not send unwanted sexual content.
Keep it legal and safe
- No promotion of illegal activity, including drug trafficking or underage content.
- No financial scams, investment schemes, or requests for money from people you have not met in person through trusted channels.
- Do not share others’ private information without consent.
Commercial use
Penzio is for personal dating and social connection, not advertising, escort services, or multi-level marketing recruitment unless we expressly authorise a business feature.
Enforcement
Reports are reviewed by our team. Depending on severity and history, we may issue warnings, remove content, limit visibility, or permanently ban accounts. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement in Kenya or your local jurisdiction.
